When I was in a car accident Jackson Massey had a representative at my house the next day. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were responsive to all my questions throughout the process. Mr Massey not only called to check on me he also prayed with me. When the insurance company wanted to settle for one amount Mr Massey made sure I wanted to accept the offer or go back to the insurance company and request more. I was in an automobile accident back in September 2014. Mr Massey and his Law firm did what they said. They got my medical bills paid and got myself help with my injuries and money in my pocket. We contacted the office and within a day we had somebody from the office at our house to go over the accident. While suffering low back and neck pains, the gentleman who came to our house was very understanding when I was unable to sit for the entire visit. Mr Massey and his office handled everything. Not at one time of the process did I ever feel pressured or stressed about the case. They did everything. I feel that my husband and myself made the right and best decision when we contacted Jackson Massey and Associates. "Worse Than Thieves" My experience with this law firm was not pleasant. It is my opinion that this law firm has legalized robbery. I received a refund from Piedmont Hospital. This law firm took half of those funds. I asked the question why did I receive one half of the refund. I was told that Mr Massey had discounted his services, but Ne Massey was paid from the first and larger settlement check. They will tell you, "we will never receive more than the client."(BS) Everyone else got paid including the quack chiropractor. He will pray for you to make you think he cares, but it is my opinion that he does not. Using prayer as a hustle. Just looking for a quick buck(my opinion).

Mr. Massey is a great guy and man of god all 3 conversations I had with him were amazing but when it comes to the firm I received little information about my case throughout the process I wasn’t presented with any updates until the money came , after it came I had the most difficult time cashing the actual check , I was greeted nice only when I was beneficial. I give the customer service 2/10 when I was trying to understand why I was having such a hard time cashing the check the lady Shay was very push offy when it came to helping me understand. Overall great guy but I wouldn’t go to this firm for another accident until they clean up staff
